Ingredients
- 3 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/4 cup garbanzo beans
- 4 slices cucumber
- 2 tablespoons grated carrot
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons sliced black olives
- 1 ounce crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

- 3 cups mixed salad greens topped with 1/4 cup garbanzo beans, 4 slices cucumber, 2 tablespoons grated carrot, 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion, 2 teaspoons sliced black olives and 1 ounce crumbled Feta cheese drizzled with 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
