Cran-Chia Energy Bites
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup chopped raw almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped raw pecans
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 dates pitted
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth or as chunky as you like.
- Spread into a parchment paper lined pan. Allow to set for 15 minutes, then cut and serve.
