Cinnamon Plantain Chips
- 2 large plantains peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- pinch sea salt
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients until evenly mixed.
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Cool for 30 minutes before enjoying.
