Sausage Frittata
Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage cooked
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 8 eggs beaten
- 4 ounces crumbled Feta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- DO-AHEAD TIP: Cook sausage.
- In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
