- 3 large green onions chopped
- 1/4 medium red onion sliced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped chipotle chili pepper in adobo sauce
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 3 cups chopped kale
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breast halves
