Turkey Stuffed Olives

  • 2 cups black olives pitted, OR green
  • 6 ounces nitrate free deli sliced turkey chopped
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste


  • On a large plate or platter, place the olives.
  • Using a toothpick, push the turkey into the olives. Drizzle the olives with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately.
