Turkey Stuffed Olives
- 2 cups black olives pitted, OR green
- 6 ounces nitrate free deli sliced turkey chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- On a large plate or platter, place the olives.
- Using a toothpick, push the turkey into the olives. Drizzle the olives with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
