Almond Raisin Celery Logs
- 4 stalks celery halved
- 6 tablespoons almond butter
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened raisins
- 2 tablespoons almond flour or almond meal
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- On each stalk of celery, spread the almond butter evenly. Sprinkle the raisins on the celery boats.
- In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and sprinkle over the celery boats and serve.
