broccoli slaw

shredded purple cabbage

chopped green onion

chopped pickled jalapeno

chopped walnuts

apple cider vinegar

honey

extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste

minced fresh dill

smoked white fish or salmon
Instructions
In a large bowl, add the first 6 ingredients (broccoli slaw through walnuts).
In a small bowl, whisk the next 5 ingredients (vinegar through dill). Pour the dressing over the salad and toss. Top salad with the smoked fish and serve.
