pitted, peeled and chopped

jalapeno pepper
seeded and chopped

raw honey

olive oil

cider vinegar

tablespoons
lemon juice
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large slow cooker; stir well to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or until pork is fork-tender. Transfer pork to a cutting board and slice.
Serve sliced pork topped with slow cooker juices.

SERVING SUGGESTION:
Steamed broccoli spears and Curried Cauli-Rice (toss Cauli-Rice with curry powder to taste and chopped cilantro and green onions).
