Ingredients
  

  • 4 6-oz. cans chunk crab meat drained
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 large leaves beet greens

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the first 8 ingredients (crab through salt and pepper).
  • On lettuce leaves, spoon the crab salad and serve.
