sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

chili powder

Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well. Pour contents of bowl onto a large baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring kale every 15 minutes with a spatula. Remove kale from oven and serve warm or at room temperature.
