spaghetti squash
baked and shredded
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet over MEDIUM heat, cook sausage for 5 minutes. Stir to make small pieces.
Add onion and tomatoes. Cook for 5 additional minutes. Stir in squash, salt and pepper. Cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
