chopped, steamed and chilled

green peas
cooked and chilled

freshly ground black pepper

8-oz. package
angel hair pasta
prepared according to package directions and chilled

tablespoon
parsley
chopped, optional
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together first 6 ingredients (garlic through vinegar). Add all remaining ingredients, except parsley; toss well to combine.
Top with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately. If pasta is too dry, add more oil and vinegar to taste. Enjoy!

SERVING SUGGESTION:
Serve a big spinach salad on the side.
