On a grill roasting pan, place cod and sprinkle both sides with the next 4 ingredients (cumin through garlic). Place the pan on center rack of grill for 5 minutes or until flakey. Remove fish from grill and pour over the juice of one lime and drizzle with honey. Cover and let sit while you prepare salad.
Combine the next 5 ingredients (salad greens through tomato) to make salad. Top with the remaining lime juice and orange juice then toss. Top with fish and serve.
