In a large skillet over high heat, heat coconut oil. To the skillet, add the plantains and cook for 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove plantains from skillet and add the next 5 ingredients (steak through curry).
Cook steak mixture for 10 minutes, until steak reaches desired level of doneness. To the steak mixture, add the remaining ingredients and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes and add plantains to the skillet. Stir and serve warm.
