Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup raw honey
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 pounds chicken wings

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk together first 6 ingredients (honey through crushed red pepper flakes). Place chicken wings in a large crock cooker; drizzle honey mixture over the top and toss to coat. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or until wings are cooked through and sauce has thickened.
