Butter lettuce
Instructions
In an airtight container add first 6 ingredients (vinegar through cucumber). Mix in sea salt andfreshly ground black pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Layer shredded chicken and pickled veggies on butter lettuce leaves and serve.
