Dijon mustard

olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste

salmon
or any firm fleshed white fish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400.
In a large bowl, add honey, mustard, olive oil and sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Stir to combine and brush onto salmon.
On large baking sheet, add fish and roast for 8 to 10 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.

SERVING SUGGESTION:
Jasmin Rice - Prepare according to package directions.
VEGETARIAN:
Replace fish with tofu.
GLUTEN FREE:
Make sure Dijon mustard is gluten free.
