Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast cooked and chopped
  • 1/3 cup paleo mayo*
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until evenly mixed. Serve cold.
