Cran-Chia Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped raw pecans
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened dried cranberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 dates pitted

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth or as chunky as you like.
  • Spread into a parchment paper lined pan. Allow to set for 15 minutes, then cut and serve.
