  • 1/4 cup garbanzo beans
  • 4 slices cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons grated carrot
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons sliced black olives
  • 1 ounce crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 3 cups mixed salad greens topped with 1/4 cup garbanzo beans, 4 slices cucumber, 2 tablespoons grated carrot, 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion, 2 teaspoons sliced black olives and 1 ounce crumbled Feta cheese drizzled with 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
