Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine seasonings; rub well over all surfaces of roast.
Place meat in a shallow baking pan and roast for about 1 hour, or until internal temperature is 155 to 160 degrees (you need a meat thermometer to check it).
Remove roast from oven and allow it to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
