Vanilla Spice Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dates pitted
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Sea salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large food processor, blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Scoop dough in a 1 tablespoon measuring spoon and roll into balls. Place balls on a plate or cookie sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve chilled.
