Ingredients

cauliflower florets

chopped fresh cilantro

chopped kale

peeled, pitted and chopped

fresh lime juice
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste

Instructions
To a large skillet add the garlic, onion and steak. Cook over medium heat until beef is brown, about 10 minutes.
To the beef mixture, add the cauliflower and cilantro. Cook for 7 minutes, until cauliflower is tender.
In a large bowl. Mix the steak mixture with the kale and beans.
In a blender, blend the remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss and serve.

SERVING SUGGESTION:
With a side of steamed broccoli.
