Instructions
n a large bowl, add all ingredients (chicken through pepper) and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400.
On a large roasting pan, add chicken. Roast 30 to 35 minutes until chicken is are cooked through.
Notes
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Zucchini Pasta Julienne or cut large zucchini lengthwise into thin strips; stir-fry in a skillet coated with olive oil over medium-high heat until slightly limp.
VEGETARIAN:
Replace Chicken with eggplant.
