Divide the cabbage into layers and blanch them in boiling water until
tender. Drain well and chop them roughly.
Heat a pan on medium heat and add ground beef. Cook for 2 minutes. Add onions, garlic and olive oil.
Cook stirring for 10 minutes.
Add in tomatoes and tomato paste and stir well. Season with salt, pepper and dried mint. Add lemon juice and chopped cabbage. Cook over medium low heat for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a casserole dish with olive oil. Pour the mixture in and bake for 45
minutes. Serve hot.
