Instructions
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium high heat and sauté sausages 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through. Cut the sausages into 1 inch cubes.
In a large blender, add remaining olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, cheese, basil, lemon juice and sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Add the linguine and pesto to the skillet with sausages and heat 1 to 2 minutes on low heat until warm.
