Paleo Granola

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour or almond meal
  • 1/3 cup ghee
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (from flour through salt and pepper).
  • On a greased baking sheet, spread mixture. Bake for 50 minutes or until toasted to liking. Mix every 10 minutes. Cool and serve.
