Ingredients

ground cinnamon

sea salt

freshly ground black pepper

lemon juice

raw honey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place chicken in a roasting pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients (cinnamon through honey).
Pour mixture evenly over chicken then bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cooked through.
