Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients; set aside.
In a large bowl, toss together salad ingredients then drizzle dressing on top; serve.
Notes
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Whole grain rolls and butter.
VEGETARIAN:
Omit ham and use chopped tempeh instead.
KOSHER:
Use turkey.
GLUTEN FREE:
Make sure vinegar and mustard are gluten free.
