Sesame Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large heads broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 large carrots grated
  • 2 cups boneless skinless chicken cooked, shredded

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and serve immediately.
