or use beef flank steak

crushed red pepper flakes

cider vinegar

tablespoons
olive oil
Instructions
DO-AHEAD TIP: Marinate beef overnight or for at least 5 hours (see recipe).
Rub London broil (or flank steak) with garlic, pepper, salt and crushed red
pepper flakes then place it in a large zipper-topped plastic bag; pour cider vinegar and olive oil on top.
Seal bag and turn to coat well; refrigerate overnight or for at least 5 hours, turning occasionally if possible.
Preheat outdoor grill to MEDIUM-HIGH.
Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade and bag; grill beef for 4 to 7 minutes per side or until the desired level of doneness is achieved.
Notes
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Steamed broccoli spears and baked sweet potatoes (“bake” in your slow
cooker or on the grill to keep the kitchen cool).
