apple cider vinegar

juiced and zested

fresh dill

minced chives

chopped cucumber

peeled, pitted and sliced
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

small head of romaine lettuce
removed and washed
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce (salmon through salt and pepper). Once fully mixed together, serve in lettuce leaves!
