Trim any visible fat from pork chops then rub with Cajun seasoning and pepper on both sides.
Place chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan; broil 3 to 4 inches from heat source for 16 to 20 minutes or until done, turning halfway through broiling time.
Meanwhile, prepare salsa: In a bowl, combine corn, beans, lime juice, and cumin.
Serve chops with salsa; garnish with a dollop of low-fat sour cream if desired.
