Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste

ground mustard
1
teaspoon
dried dill
Ghee
or use olive oil

tablespoon
lemon juice
Instructions
Sprinkle salmon with salt, pepper, mustard and dill.
Melt a little ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add lemon juice and salmon fillets; sear salmon for 3 to 5 minutes per side.
