Cider BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1 medium red onion diced
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sause
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • Grease crockpot with olive oil and place chicken thighs on the bottom. In large bowl, whisk remaining ingredients together. Pour over chicken and cover. Cook on LOW 7-8 hours. or HIGH 3-4 hours.
