medium red onion
chopped

raw honey

raspberries
fresh or frozen

balsamic vinegar

cup
red wine

teaspoon
dried rosemary
crushed
Instructions
Place tenderloin in a large slow cooker.
In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients (ghee through rosemary); pour over tenderloin in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.

Baked sweet potatoes and steamed baby Brussels sprouts.
