Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 Cups Buckwheat
  • 3 oz Blueberries
  • 3 oz Rasberries
  • 1 each Bannana
  • 2 tbs flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 Cups Almond Milk

Instructions
 

  • Cook Buckwheat for 45 minutes ... use the 2 cups of Almond Milk to cook buckwheat. Grind the flax seed. Add the remaining almond milk, ground flax seed, and all other ingredients to the buckwheat and serve.
