Crunch Bok Choy Slaw

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cole slaw mix
  • 1/4 cup green onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil toasted
  • 1 tbs sugar to taste
  • 1/4 c dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toss. Let sit up to a day for cabbage to soften and flavors to meld
