Instructions
Saute leeks in butter until tender. To slow cooker add leeks and next 4 ingredients (Squash thru pepper). Cover and cook on LOW 4 hours.
Stir to mash squash mixture, then add cheese and cook until melted. Garnish with sour cream and green onions.
