Carrot Cake “Granola”

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups carrots shredded
  • 1/2 cup raw almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  • In 4 small bowls, evenly distribute carrot mixture and serve.
