halibut fillets
olive oil
Instructions
In a medium sized bowl, combine cucumber, tomato, onion, parsley, jalapeño, cilantro and garlic.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, lime juice, cumin and salt. Pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently to coat.
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Coat with olive oil and place halibut on rack, grill 5-7 minutes per side until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Top fish with salsa and serve warm.
