sirloin steak
sliced

garlic

minced ginger
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste

baby arugula

sliced radishes
1/2

red onion
chopped

extra virgin olive oil

cup
coconut aminos

tablespoons
red wine vinegar

teaspoon
honey
Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat coconut oil.
To the skillet, add the first 4 ingredients (steak through salt and pepper) and cook for 10 minutes, until steak is to desired level of doneness.
Allow to cool and set aside.
In a large bowl toss the steak and the next 3 ingredients (lettuce through onion).
In a small bowl, whisk the remaining ingredients along with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
