In a large skillet over medium heat, heat coconut oil.
Add the chicken livers, and cook for 5 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients to the skillet. Cook for
15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve warm.
