1 1/4cupslow sodium chicken brothor use bone broth
1cupchopped mushrooms
3cupsbroccoli slaw
1cupshredded carrots
1/4cupchopped cilantro
1teaspoonground coriander
sea salt and freshly ground black pepperto taste
Instructions
In a large crock cooker, add the pork. In a large bowl, mix the coconut aminos, oil and chicken broth. Pour the liquids over the pork. To the crock cooker, add the remaining ingredients and cover. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, until pork is very tender and white in the center. Remove pork and shred with two forks. Return pork to the crock cooker and stir. Serve warm.
