In a large skillet over medium heat, add the first 6 ingredients (beef through cumin). Cook for 10 minutes, until beef is brown.
To the beef mixture add the remaining ingredients (heavy cream through kale) and stir. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes, until kale is tender. Serve warm.
