chicken breasts with the bone
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste

garlic

ground cumin

Instructions
In a large crock cooker, place the first 4 ingredients (onion through chicken broth).
To the crock cooker, add the chicken and season with salt and pepper, garlic and cumin. Layer lemon slices on chicken and cover.
Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours, until chicken is falling off the bone and vegetables are tender. Serve warm.

SERVING SUGGESTION:
A tossed green salad (lettuce -not iceberg-, salad veggies and low carb salad dressing).
GLUTEN FREE:
Make sure chicken broth is gluten free.
