chopped fresh cilantro

Granny Smith apple

chopped red onion

fresh lime juice

fresh lime zest

extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
n a large bowl toss together the first 6 ingredients (chicken through the red onion) and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients (lime juice through salt and pepper) and pourover the salad. Toss salad and serve.
