lemon juice

paprika

chili powder

teaspoon
cumin

dried oregano

teaspoons
garlic powder
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste

molasses
Instructions
In a coated 9x13 inch baking pan, spread ribs out on bottom. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
In a small bowl mix the next 6 ingredients together, from paprika through salt and pepper.
Toss the ribs with the spices in bowl.
Cover pan with tin foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Remove tin foil and spread molasses over ribs. Return to oven uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
