softened

tablespoon
chopped parsley

teaspoons
minced garlic
1
shallot
minced
1
teaspoon
stone ground mustard

slices
bacon
cooked, chopped

tablespoons
lemon juice
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a coated 9x13 inch baking pan, place fillets.
In a small bowl, combine ghee, parsley, garlic, shallots, mustard, bacon, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
Coat the fillets with the bowl mixture.
Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20 minutes until the fish is cooked through. Serve hot from oven.
